Information about Dr. Wooley

Dr. Wooley graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1988 with honors. He has been in private practice in Flora since graduating and is dedicated to providing the people of Clay County and surrounding areas with the best eyecare available anywhere.

His hours are:MTThF 8:30-5:OO W 8:30-8:00 ALT. SAT 8:00-1:00

Dr. Wooley is certified to treat eye diseases including glaucoma, red eyes, and removing foreign objects from your eyes.

Dr. Wooley also specializes in Contact Lenses, including bifocal contact lenses, contact lenses for astigmatism, and colored contact lenses as well as disposable contact lenses.

Dr. Wooley is a certified Varilux Dispenser (no-line bifocals)

Dr. Wooley is a member of the Illinois Optometric Association, The American Optometric Association, The Contact Lens Section of the AOA, as well as many local civic organizations.

Dr. Wooley has also authored articles that have appeared in the optometric literature, and lectured on eyecare related topics.

Dr. Wooley's Family

Dr. Wooley is married to his wife Angie. Angie is going back to college at Eastern Illinois Universtity majoring in Computer Management. They have three children. Charlotte, who is a freshman, Lucas, who is a 6th grader and Matthew, who is in kindergarten. The family's interests mostly are sports related since all three children are very active in sports of all kinds.

Dr. Wooley is the president of the Clay County Junior Football League.

Dr. Wooley and his family are very active supporters of all boys and girls sports, both in the schools and recreation related.

Other family interests include computers, flowers, and traveling when time allows.
